REDNESS & PIGMENTATION LASER
Lifecycle and hormonal changes can affect the distribution of colour in our skin, leading to the appearance of sun spots, age spots, roseacea, vascular lesions or melasma- a dark, patchy facial discolouration condition.
This laser treatment removes the appearance of pigmentation by targeting the melanin in the darkened area, clearing all layers of the pigmentation and revealing even-toned, unblemished skin.
Facial redness simply occurs because there in increased blood flow to the top part of the skin, perhaps because of inflammation, sun damage or fixed widening of vessels.
These vessels become enlarged and visible due to weakened valves, which cause blood to pool rather than flow to the heart.
This Laser treatment will eradicate the redness with a unique wavelength to cause selective heating within the red blood vessels or thread veins only, thus protecting surrounding skin and other tissue.
This specific targeting of the heat, causes the blood to coagulate and the tiny veins to collapse in on themselves and ultimately be absorbed and removed by the body over time.
